What information does DigiBunker collect?
Personally identifiable information:
Through the Site, DigiBunker collects “Personally Identifiable Information” which is any information that can be used to specifically identify an individual, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card number. Users may provide us with Personally Identifiable Information and certain demographic information (such as gender, zip code, hometown or similar information) through Site features, including, surveys, and online registration forms. Additionally, when you visit our Site our servers automatically collect certain information from you, such as the number of pages viewed and accessed, browser type and IP address. Most of this information is non-personally identifiable information, but if we connect it or your demographic information with Personally Identifiable Information, we will treat it as Personally Identifiable Information. We also collect purchasing information from you when you make a purchase on the Site.
User Content:
DigiBunker is an online digital file protection service that allows users to protect their digital music, digital photos, and video games (collectively “User Content”). By saving User Content with DigiBunker, the User Content is protected from loss in the event of a computer crash, theft or catastrophe. We do not “collect” User Content – rather, User Content is stored on DigiBunker servers when you upload the selected User Content as part of your DigiBunker account. We do not use User Content in any way, and we do not disclose User Content to third parties except in compliance with legal actions and law enforcement as discussed below.
What technologies does DigiBunker use?
We use a variety of technologies on our Site including cookies, web beacons and javascript.
Our Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to analyze how users use the Site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Site (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Site, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. We may, from time to time, access and receive information from Google concerning the use of the Site. The Site and any communications sent by the Site may contain electronic images (generally, single-pixel “.gif” images) called “web beacons.” These web beacons allow DigiBunker and third parties to monitor and collect certain information about the viewer of the web page, web-based document, e-mail message or other communication, such as the type of browser requesting the web beacon and the time the web beacon was viewed. We may use web beacons or similar technologies for a number of purposes, such as and without limitation, to count visitors to our web pages or to monitor how our users navigate this Site and to count how many e-mails (or particular articles, links, etc.) we sent were actually opened.
The Site may also utilize embedded scripts which is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site. The script is temporarily downloaded onto your computer from our web server or a third party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Site, and is deleted thereafter
How is the information used by DigiBunker?
The information DigiBunker collects is used by us to:
• provide you with content, information or services you have requested, including communications for which you have registered;
• improve the content of the Site;
• customize the Site’s advertising and content for individual visitors;
• notify you about updates to our Site and in our discretion, changes to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use and other policies that affect your use of the Site;

Submissions:
DigiBunker may publish your name, voice and likeness and other Personally Identifiable Information in connection with any submissions (other than User Content) you may make to our Site as set forth in our Terms of Use.
Information from third parties:
We may receive information about you from other sources; for example, we may obtain geographic or demographic information, or information regarding your possible interests, from third parties. Send to a friend:

Third parties providing services:

We employ Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) technology to encrypt your User Content and the payment card personal information you input when placing an order on our site. SSL is a commonly employed method of encrypted communication used on the Internet.
Access to User Content through the Site is also protected by user-selected usernames and passwords.

Consent to transfer:
The Site is operated in the United States. The Site is intended as a general audience web site.
